Prologue

Abstract

Through this issue of Antec we want to highlight that musical research can be carried out in connection with other disciplines that provide support and sustenance in the understanding of musical knowledge. For this reason, this issue brings together texts from various fields related to music, including literature, didactics, ethnography and musicology. Although they all address different aspects of musical work from their own point of view, they all have something in common, that is, the social impact that musical praxis has as a social practice.
