Digital preservation

ANTEC implements digital preservation strategies for all published articles, from the version initially submitted by authors to the final version made available through the OJS platform.

To ensure the long-term preservation and accessibility of its content, the journal applies the following measures:

• Participation in distributed digital preservation networks, including the private LOCKSS Network and the Portico and CLOCKSS services, through which the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) operates to preserve OJS-based journals. These systems create permanent journal archives designed to ensure the long-term conservation of original content, enable its recovery when necessary, and facilitate the distribution of preserved copies among libraries and digital repositories.
• Backup copies stored on the institutional servers of the Universidad Nacional de Música, including both journal files and the OJS platform.
• Additional copies of digital files stored on external hard drives and cloud-based storage services.
