Abstract

Already established as a genuine musicology journal, ANTEC: Peruvian Journal of Musical Research of the National University of Music of Peru, enters its eighth year of life fulfilling its vocation of disseminating research works that enrich knowledge about “our music.” We call it “our” because it refers to those musical events that occur among us, in our country or in our nearby towns and which we report on in the pages of this organ.
